General Description

THRS is seeking an experienced professional to propel trade marketing strategies and digital communications targeted towards B2B channels. Key Responsibilities:

Lead trade marketing initiatives and digital communication strategies tailored for B2B audiences at THRS

Develop and execute end-to-end plans for digital B2B communications, including email campaigns, WhatsApp broadcasts, and personalised content creation for travel agents

Analyse data and insights to optimise digital marketing activities aimed at trade partners, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI

Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement among travel agents and industry stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives and client needs

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in B2B digital marketing to drive innovation and effectiveness in trade marketing campaigns

Provide strategic guidance on content development and distribution channels to effectively reach and engage trade partners

Establish performance metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and optimise future strategies

Position Requisites:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of relevant experience in trade marketing and digital communications, preferably in a managerial capacity

Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and content personalisation for B2B audiences

Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp analytics) to track and measure campaign performance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage internal and external stakeholders

Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is advantageous

Proven track record of managing successful trade marketing campaigns and driving business growth through digital channels
