Director – PR & Integrated Communications
General Description
THRS is looking for a top of the line professional to drive the PR & Integrated Communications professional for its portfolio clients – partners. The ideal candidate should be proficient on the below requirements and based in the national capital region. Candidates with prior experience in a similar role with expertise in lifestyle and tourism PR are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
● Take charge of the operational excellence processes and standards – internal and external – for integrated communications outreach pan-India for THRS Clients
● Client liaison and management of all accounts at THRS – ensuring timely planning, execution and reporting across all client brands in active connect with the internal teams
● Overall team management, mentoring and expansion
● Strong media and influencer relations with a focus on lifestyle, hospitality, tourism and luxury travel – pan India
● Active involvement in new business development by the company
● Responsible for hiring and mentoring the team pan-India, including Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and new locations
Position Requisites
● Graduate/ Master’s degree in public relations, mass communications or similar
● Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with proven expertise in PR in a leadership role
● Strong attention to detail, and well-versed with successfully managing PR mandates and client retention
● Hands-on experience in leading a team of 10 - 15 PR experts, and running account management and strategy for brands in the luxury, lifestyle, travel, hospitality sectors
● Deep understanding of the Indian media and influencer space, with strong relationships across consumer business and leisure media, and travel trade media
● Proven ability to manage external and internal stakeholders
● Excellent written and verbal communication ability
